Hotel a Fort Gratiot

“Staff was very helpful We had an issue with getting a Lyft ride but they have a city cab helped us and it was perfect restaurant with food was great The room was clean We had no issues the views were a beautiful I can't ask for a better we will go back”

“This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

“The room was very dirty, jetted tub was not clean we had to clean ourselves. Holes in walls and curtains, headboard covered in dust, lamps were falling apart. Evening staff was polite and helpful. DO NOT stay here!”

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“What a cute motel -very clean and updated-large rooms, nice view of the water. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Having the River Crab restaurant right there was awesome. I totally will stay again. If your wondering about this place, wonder no more!!”

“We love this Inn, we go every year. My only complaint is that for the first time our bed was really uncomfortable and the pillows were as thin as paper. New pillows, please!!!!”

“Clean rooms and plenty of parking!”

“At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night.”

“Everything was fantastic as was every staff member I met while there. One thing for someone to be aware of is that the establishment is on the corner of the main 2 streets in Lexington. So if you are bothered by traffic noise, I would suggest asking for a room not on the street if possible. It was not bad during my stay, but I was there during the off season. My room was directly above where the cars stop at the intersection. A lot of traffic in peak season could be an issue for some...

“Room was beautifully as advertised. We stayed off season and were very happy with our stay.”

“The property is nice and the staff is excellent. The only complaint I have is that Expedia says there is a full size refrigerator and a microwave in the rooms. However there is only a half size refrigerator and no microwave. The staff at the hotel has told Expedia on numerous occasions, but they won’t change it in the description. Also, I was there Sunday through Wednesday and many things are only open Wednesday through Sunday, so I can’t speak on some of the onsite amenities.”
